The score is based on four factors tied to NY Labor Law §240 (the Scaffold Law): accident type, how recently it happened, injury severity, and where it occurred in New York. Scores range from 0–100. A score of 80+ is considered Strong — meaning the facts of your case align closely with the elements required for a successful §240 claim.
